We do not accept C.O.D. for any other Countries.
We only accept Money Orders for C.O.D.

RETURN POLICY:
Return claims must be submited within 7 days after you have received your order.
Please call our toll free number 1-877-794-6387 EXT: 100 to submit claim.
You may send an email to sales@glowspek.com with your online order number.
You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from the service representative handling your case along with instructions on where to return the merchandise.
Not following the above procedure will result in a 20% service charge based on the amount of the merchandise that has been returned without an Return Authorization Number.
Glowspek Industries, Inc. shall not be responsible for items returned without a Return Authorization Number and or delivered to the wrong department.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is found to be DEFECTIVE.
We will not accept returns on clearance or close out items.
We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.”
Glowspek Industries, Inc. shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Postage and handling charges to our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable.
At our discretion Glowspek Industries, Inc. may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products.
